Lamborghini Builds $3.4Million Luxury Yacht

CCTravelHub - Technomar Lamborghini

Next to our dream supercars, Lamborghini will be building yachts, starting with this new $3.4 million model. Last Tuesday, the car manufacturing giant announced that it is building a luxury speedboat that it calls the “Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63”.

Not the First Collaboration but the First Design by Lamborghini

The Italian supercar company has eyed its home country for a collaboration with boatbuilding company Italian Sea Group to come up with 63 of the luxury boats. This is to commemorate Lamborghini’s founding in 1963.

Although this is not the first boat collaboration done by Lamborghini, this is the first one where the supercar company has led the design. In the 1960s, it had provided engine designs for other boats.

Lamborghini Supercar Inspirations

The luxury speedboats are inspired by the supercar, Sián FKP 37 with Lamborghini’s special “carbon skin” that the brand usually uses for steering wheels and seats of sports cars. This time, the carbon skin will be used for the seats, steering wheel, and helm of the boat.

This boat will adopt sportscar Huracan’s clean but aggressive edge design, as well as its start/stop button. The boat’s bow will have Y-shaped lights inspired by the Terzo Millennio concept car and the Sián FKP 37. And, to top its exterior, it will have a hard top designed to minimize the effects of the sun and wind at peak performance, just as the brand’s supercars have.

The luxury boat will weigh 24 tons–a considerable lightweight vessel that spans 63 feet in length.

The Lamborghini 63 will have two V12, 2,000-horsepower engines that can travel about 70 mph, which will quickly help you reach your destination, Italian style.
